If you wish to return an item, please contact us. On oaccasions, we may be able to resolve the issue over the phone.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised gifts unless the item is faulty:

(a) If the item arrives damaged, we understand this can be quite upsetting and fully appreciate how important it is for your gift to be in perfect condition. We will do everything in our power to rectify the issue swiftly. So we can quickly send you a replacement gift, please email us a photo of the damaged item.

(b) If the gift arrives with incorrect personalisation, we will send a replacement gift with the correct personalisation. As with the case above, so we can
send a replacement, please email us a photo of the gift.
