We cannot accept return of personalised items unless there is a fault with the personalisation.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, we are sorry and would be glad to replace it. So we can quickly send a replacement gift, please send a photo of the damaged item along with the order number and send it to info@funphotocakes.co.uk
